Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS (mostly) and FEDEX (occasionally). Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Don't be surprised if your shipment is quoted with UPS, and you receive the merchandises via FEDEX instead. ComegaCity.com determines the shipping methods based on shipping destinations, package sizes, and the best fit for each shipping requirement.
International Shipping
International customers may have the option to select shipment by United States Postal Services (USPS) to save on shipping fee. If you select this shipment method (USPS), ComegaCity.com will hold no responsibilities and no refund for missing, lost, or damaged packages once it is handed to the United States Post Office, as we are unable to track the packages. International customers are also responsible for any custom fees, taxes, duties, and other charges that are required by your residing countries governmental regulations. International buyers are encouraged to contact us for shipping estimate and arrangement before placing order.
Non-Stock Items
Merchandises marked as "Non-Stock Item" are available for purchase. Non-stock items are usually shipped directly from the product manufacturers or from our partners. When you place order for a merchandise marked as "Non-Stock Item", you acknowlegded that your purchase will normally take additional 3 to 8 bussiness days (up to 3 weeks for some items) for delivery.
30-Day Limited Guarantee
We offer 30-day limited guarantee for products sold by ComegaCity.com. Customers may select the options for an exchange or refund, provided the merchandise qualified for our 30-day limited warranty. (Consumable products, software, and some other merchandises may not be qualified for ComegaCity.com 30-day limited warranty, but maybe supported by the manufacturer’s warranty.) Please keep in mind that most of the merchandises selling at ComegaCity.com carry the warranty by the product’s manufacturer respectively. We would be happy to assist you and reply to your email in the shortest time possible.
Return Policy
Most of the merchandises sold by ComegaCity.com are eligible for returns. You may want to read our 30-Day Limited Warranty for additional information. However, returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by ComegaCity.com. We strives to provide the best service you can get by shopping online with us. Please email returns@comegacity.com 24/7, or call us during normal office hours to request for the RMA number. Refund will be issued as soon as we receive the merchandise and the inspection is done. If you choose for a replacement, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. We will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.
